About Linda Mundy

Linda Mundy has a unique experience and expertise in organizational start-ups within the nonprofit sector and the corporate world. She is passionate about relationship building across diverse communities and institutions to combine common goals and strategies for justice and equity - especially for youth. She is committed to developing inclusive, multifaceted strategies for organizations and programming.

Her varied roles have included communications, marketing, operations, volunteer management, programming, and online fundraising. Linda’s grassroots consulting style is a result of hands-on experience, practical education, and open curiosity.

Currently, she works as a MENTOR MD/DC Technical Assistance (TA ) Consultant, and is inspired daily by the youth mentoring professionals she supports with Technical Assistance, especially those just starting out. As a MENTOR National Quality Mentoring Systems (NQMS) assessment consultant, she helps programs identify solutions for continuous improvement and develop a culture of adaptability, safety, and support for the youth they mentor.

In her spare time, she actively participates in the local reparative justice movement as a community organizer, is a coordinator for her church youth group, and windsurfs whenever possible. Linda lives in Annapolis with her husband, two sons who come and go during their college studies, and annoying/cute kitties, HeMan and Skeletor.
